These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by UDOPAY TECH PTE. LTD. (UEN 202414413K), a company incorporated in Singapore ("UDOPAY", "we", "us"). By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
UDOPAY acts as an authorized reseller of third-party public cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. We provide account provisioning, billing, support and related professional services.
Charges are based on your actual cloud usage plus applicable service fees, invoiced periodically. Invoices are payable within the agreed terms. Late payment may result in service suspension by the underlying cloud provider.
Use of the underlying cloud platforms is also subject to the respective provider's customer agreements and acceptable use policies. You are responsible for complying with those terms.
You agree not to use the services for any unlawful, infringing or abusive activity. We may suspend services that violate applicable laws or provider policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UDOPAY's liability is limited to the service fees paid for the affected service. We are not liable for outages or losses originating from the underlying cloud providers.
